Made to Order

Terms, Shipping & Return

1. Accuracy of Measurements

  • Made-to-Order products are crafted based on the measurements provided by the Buyer. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that these measurements are accurate. We are happy to assist you with measurement guidance; please feel free to reach out to arrange a phone call or online consultation for assistance.

2. Order & Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the Buyer during the ordering process.

  • Shipping costs are included in the invoice, and parcels will be delivered via a courier service, insured and declared at the full value of the goods, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to shipment.

  • We aim to prepare and ship orders within 4 months from the order confirmation date. Should any delays arise due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform the Buyer promptly. While we strive to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe, we are not liable for delays provided that we have made reasonable efforts and informed the Buyer of any potential issues.

  • Delivery times are quoted in working days and begin once the parcel leaves our workshop.

  • A delivery time extension does not entitle the Buyer to compensation.

  • The Buyer must inspect the parcel and its contents upon delivery and before accepting the parcel from the carrier.

  • The parcel inspection is deemed complete once the Buyer or their authorized signatory has signed the delivery note.

  • If the Buyer notices any damage to the parcel, such as tears or other irregularities, they must inspect the products inside. If the products are damaged, the Buyer must refuse the delivery and indicate on the delivery note: “Refused Parcel due to damage or opening.”

  • Personal details provided during the order process are necessary for delivery and will be shared only with the courier company to facilitate shipment.

3. Customs & Duties

  • For shipments outside the UK, the Buyer may be responsible for customs or import duties. Any applicable customs fees are charged when the parcel arrives in the destination country, and these charges must be paid by the Buyer before the parcel is released from customs.

  • Occasionally, parcels may be returned to us due to non-collection or unpaid customs duties. In such cases, we will attempt to contact the Buyer and arrange for redelivery. However, any failed delivery attempts and associated costs (including return fees or redelivery charges) may be invoiced to the Buyer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • All Made-to-Order sales are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted for these items.
